Tragic Loss: The Story Of Eric Ouma

It is with deep sadness that we share the heartbreaking story of Eric Ouma, a young man who graduated from Rongo University on December 20, 2024, with a Bachelor's in Education Science (Chemistry/Physics). Eric's future was full of promise, but his life was tragically cut short.
On December 30, 2024, Eric visited Akala Market in Gem and was never seen again. His family realized he was missing the following day and immediately reported the disappearance to the police. Despite their efforts and hopes that he would be found alive, the worst news came on January 8, 2025. Eric's lifeless body was discovered at Bondo Mortuary, with records indicating that his body had been dropped off by a police vehicle on December 31, 2024.
This devastating event is yet another painful reminder of the rampant abductions of youths in Kenya. Eric's family, friends, and the entire community are left in mourning as they seek answers and justice.
